Founder and medical director of True Beauty-San Diego Aesthetic Surgery & Medicine. A board certified plastic & reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Reagan is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), and the San Diego Society of Plastic Surgeons. A graduate of UCSD Revelle College, Dr. Reagan sought out the finest training in the country before returning to San Diego to start his private practice. While at Cornell Medical College and The New York Hospital, Dr. Reagan conducted award-winning research in the science of healing. Later, while at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern, widely considered the top program in the country, Dr. Reagan studied under many world-recognized leaders in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He is an author and presents nationally on topics such as facial rejuvenation, mini-facelifts, and rhinoplasty.
Dr. Reagan truly appreciates the immense ability of plastic surgery to positively change the lives of people. He also feels strongly about giving back. He served on the board of directors for Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, volunteering over 200 procedures for children and young adults with congenital or acquired deformities. For his services, he was recognized as a Health Hero by the San Diego Combined Health Agencies (2004), Founders Award Fresh Start (2005), and the Health Volunteer Award , San Diego Business Journal (2007). Dr. Reagan has also been frequently commended by his peers (Top Doctors, San Diego Magazine) and public (Best Cosmetic Surgeon, La Jolla).
Recently, Dr. Reagan has become alarmed at the incredible proliferation of “beauty doctors” proclaiming expertise when little exists.
