Facelift (Rhytidectomy)

"More than any other procedure, a facelift is very doctor dependant. Ask to see many photos and speak to past patients. I tighten the underlying layer (SMAS), then redrape the skin to achieve natural results. I almost always tighten the neck muscles (platysma). I have never had a patient look too pulled. Beware, many physicians claim they do more extensive work, only to deliver less. Many physicians are offering “minimal surgery” techniques with less down time. This approach may benefit those with limited recovery time, but results vary and may not last as long."
    - Dr. Brian Reagan
